I love cranberries. I love baking quick bread. This is the perfect snack to bring to work. Everybody here loves that.
I made this bread last week. I reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup. I always reduce sugar in recipes. I know salt is important but I always omit it. I have to take care of my boyfriend’s health. He has high blood pressure. I omitted the orange peel cause I had no oranges, so I used orange flavoring. I used fresh cranberries, halved, and not the whole bag 😉 I used pecans. Great bread with yummy taste.
